: Diffuse :
~ Fill ultrasonic aromatherapy diffuser well with water.
~
Add between 6 to 10 drops per treatment session for a small room, up to
20 drops for a large open space with vaulted ceilings and high air
circulation.
: Foot Soak :
~
Add 10 Drops of essential oils into one cup of unscented Epsom salts
and allow to set for at least 10 minutes before adding to bath water.
~ Mix one cup of epsom salts and one half cup of baking soda per gallon of warm water.
~ Soak feet for 30 minutes. Keep water as warm.

Drink 16 oz of water with fresh squeezed lemon to help flush toxins and
re~hydrate the body. You may experience an increase in urination and
sweating as the body purges toxins.
~ Repeat every other day for 2 weeks, then use 3 x times a week thereafter.
: Inhalation :

After massaging into the palms, cup hands together in front of the nose
and inhale a deep breathe, pulling the air in through the nose, holding
breathe for 2 seconds and exhale through the mouth.
~ For best results, repeat 12 to 15 times based on need.
