~ Add 10 Drops of essential oil into one cup of unscented Epsom salts and allow to set for at least 10 minutes before adding to bath water.
~ Mix two cups of epsom salts and one cup of baking soda per gallon of warm water.
~ Soak feet for 30 minutes. Keep water as warm.
~ Drink 16 oz of water with fresh squeezed lemon to help flush toxins and rehydrate the body. You may experience an increase in urination and sweating as the body purges toxins.
~ Repeat every other day for 2 weeks, then use 3 x times a week thereafter.
