Please keep in mind that it is not necessary to ingest this herb, you can use as an oral rinse for 30 to 45 seconds several times through out the day and you can also apply the decoction directly to the skin... as a compress, a poultice, in a foot soak or body spray. The skin has the ability to absorb the nutrients directly into the blood stream, the gut only absorbs a fraction of the nutrients and ends up in the toilet. Consider one of these transdermal approaches:

~ Topical Spray
Step 1: Combine one serving of herbal mixture in 3 ounces of boiling water and steep covered with a lid until completely cool.
Step 2: Add one ounce of hydrogen peroxide to a 4 ounce mist bottle.
Step 3: Strain well herbal mixture and add infusion to the bottle with the hydrogen peroxide.
Step 4: Mist solution onto the neck, under arms, torso, belly button, and the top of the inner thigh and crease of leg where it meets the body, as well as the souls of the feet at least twice a day, or as needed to soothe skin conditions, ease muscle and joint pain, support the lymphatic system or relieve edema throughout the day.

: Foot Soak :
~ The skin is one of the most effective ways of administering herbal supplements, by way of transdermal absorption. When the skin is infused with nutrients, they are absorbed directly into the blood stream. This approach incorporates alkalization and remineralization of the body, and assists in the detoxification process.
Step 1: Steep herbal mixture in 6 ounces of purified water for 15 minutes.
Step 2: While herbs are steeping, combine two cups of unscented epsom salt, one cup of baking soda with at least a half a gallon of hot water. Stir till dissolved.
Step 3: Combine herbal solution to mineral water and soak feet for at least 30 minutes, but no longer than 45 minutes. Keep water as warm as you can stand it.

~ Drink at least 16 ounces of spring water with fresh squeezed lemon to help flush toxins and rehydrate the body. You may experience an increase in urination and sweating as the body purges toxins.
~ Repeat foot soak each day for two weeks, then use at least three times a week thereafter.
