: Diffuse :
~ Fill diffuser well with water, Add 6 - 10 drops per treatment session for a small room, up to 20 drops for a large open space with high ceilings and high air circulation. It is best to use device in a smaller room with a door closed to maximize the exposure level.
: Inhalation :
~ After massaging prediluted oils into the palms, cup hands together in front of the nose and inhale a deep breathe, pulling the air in through the nose, holding breathe for 2 seconds and exhale through the mouth.
~ For best results, repeat 12 to 15 times based on need.
: Foot Soak :
~ Add 10 Drops of essential oils into one cup of unscented epsom salts and allow to set for at least 10 minutes before adding to bath water. Prepare warm water and one half cup of baking soda per gallon of warm water and stir in salts blend. Soak feet for 30 minutes. Keep water as warm as possible. Drink 16 oz of water with fresh squeezed lemon to help flush toxins and rehydrate the body. You may experience an increase in urination and sweating as the body purges toxins. ~ Repeat every other day for 2 weeks, then use 3 x times a week thereafter.
